Immune System..

Antibodies are proteins. They latch onto and inactivate antigens. Each type of antibody stick on to different antigens, just like a key. B-cell is one type of white blood cell that makes antibodies.

When bacteria enter the blood stream proteins on its surface act like antigens and notify the immune system that something has got in.

These antigens will link to the B-cell that have the antibody that suits it. Then the B-cells divide and continue to make Plasma cells. Plasma cells create antibodies and place them into the blood stream.
